log4jdbc 1.2 beta 1 released.

log4jdbc 1.2 beta 1 has been released!

This release mainly contains bug fixes and performance improvements,
as well as minor improvements to make it easier to copy & paste logged
sql into your sql prompt of choice and have a half decent chance of it
executing properly!

This is the best available and most stable version to date (despite
being a beta release.)
