Proposal: *.beam should be ignored

Hi Ahmed.

Projects may link directly to log4erl repository using svn:external.
Adding *.beam to ignored list using svn:ignored is appreciated. The
same for the Github repository.

Hi Ngoc,

Sorry for the late reply, just been busy. I think the best solution is
to delete *.beam files all together from both repositories. I'll make
sure it will be the case. Thanks for the feedback.
