libbde [pybde]

I'm trying to run plaso-20200717 on windows 64 platform but I’m confronting with the following problem:

1.       running the run_tests.py script:

FAILURE]             unable to determine version information for: pybde

 

In dependencies.ini I find:

[pybde]

dpkg_name: libbde-python

l2tbinaries_name: libbde

minimum_version: 20140531

pypi_name: libbde-python

rpm_name: libbde-python3

version_property: get_version()

 

I downloaded the last libbde-20200724 update but did not manage to solve the problem.

 

I’m using anaconda3 with spyder 4.1.4 as testing platform.

What do you specifically mean with this? As stated in the documentation we cannot help you if you're not specific.

* How did you install plaso ?

* How did you install/update libbde/pybde ?

* What does dependencies.ini has to do with it in your perspective/understanding?
