Dear Log Moocs,

With each new year comes a period of reflection: we look back at our achievements, the challenges we faced, and everything in between. But the start of the year is also a gentle reminder that we can return to the aspirations that may have gotten away from us—or create entirely new ones!

We’ve collected four courses to help you focus on what matters the most, while moving toward the life you want. Whether you’re looking to reclaim your time with new technology or deepen your internal peace, we’re here to help you start.

The new year is also a time to explore new learning opportunities, and we are excited to launch our first Teach-Out of 2026 on online sports betting with a special live event featuring some of our Teach-Out experts.

Finding Your Purpose

Determining our values and goals can help us redefine our life’s purpose. With Finding Purpose and Meaning in Life, you can focus your intent—from day-to-day routines, to pursuing long-term passions—into real, tangible changes in your life. Reflect on the experiences that you’ve had leading up to this moment in time, and sketch out a future that keeps your core values at the forefront of everything you do.

Deepen your sense of purpose.

Sharpening Your Thinking and Reclaiming Your Time

Artificial intelligence tools can go beyond simply automating tasks: they can enhance reasoning skills and support your decision-making, freeing up time for what truly matters. Leveraging GenAI to Develop Critical Thinking Skills is an essential course for you this new year. This course provides you with a framework to enhance your clarity during the thought process, offering a prompt that helps you find the solutions you need, saving you time and energy to focus on improving your processes and increasing your productivity.

Evolve your critical thinking skills with AI.

Maximizing Your Success

Success isn’t about luck: it’s a science. The Science of Success draws on years of scientific research that supports individual success through proven methodologies. Understand how perfectionism is holding us back, why a high IQ isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, and how to celebrate small wins as you work towards achieving your goals.

Uncover the secrets to success.

Strengthening Your Connections

According to the World Health Organization, on average, 1 in 6 people worldwide report experiencing social isolation and loneliness. Mindfulness can be a powerful tool to help us feel more connected to others and ourselves in the new year. In Mindfulness, Dignity, and the Art of Human Connection, work on building stronger, healthier relationships with the communities you care about. In this course, you’ll practice meditative breathing techniques, learn about the importance of mindfulness to wellbeing, and explore ways to build these practices into your daily life.

Build more mindful practices.
