* This offer is for new applicants as of October 21, 2025. Applicants must wait to submit their application until the department has reviewed their eligibility for an application fee waiver. To qualify, applicants must complete the application and meet the admission requirements, including holding a four-year bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution (or an equivalent degree from a recognized non-U.S. institution) with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. International applicants must meet the minimum English language proficiency requirements, demonstrated by TOEFL or IELTS scores if their prior degree was earned in a non-English-speaking country. The $1,000 scholarship is applied as $200 for each of the first five courses.
