Hi Everyone
Hope you are enjoying these lovely summer days.
We are super excited about Sunday and we hope you are too.
The butterflies are beginning to creep up!
We've got a couple of updates for you regarding transportation, discounts and more.
We will provide a $5 discount at the door to those who use public transportation,
carpool, bike or skateboard to the event. Your admission price will be $20.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Sign up on the Public Transportation list by emailing your full name to:
You will have to show your bus pass or bus receipt at the door for discount.
CARPOOL
Arrange your own carpool group or if you're interested in carpooling with
The Loft Google Group members, please reply to the group at:
Anyone interested in carpooling must make arrangements with others by replying
to each other, privately.
Indicate the following:
Where you will be driving from:
What time you'd like to arrive to the party:
What time you'd like to leave the party:
How to contact you for arrangements: email, cell phone, etc:
Once your carpool is arranged, please email the list of the carpoolers names to:
Please submit your list by Saturday evening.
Everyone must arrive at the doors at the same time. Your names will
be on the Carpool list. You will all receive a $5 discount at the door. Your admission price

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
FREE PARKING
Take the ticket at the General Parking entrance. No validation will be required. The exit gates will be open when you leave.
If there is an attendant at the General Parking entrance mention "Headinghome/The Loft" for free parking.
EVENT HOURS
Event hours are from 8pm - 2am (maybe later) but join us at sunset with complimentary sangria and
the beautiful Long Beach skyline. (~7:45pm).
FOLLOW THE BALLOONS
Although the Queen Mary is a fun ship to get lost in the ship, we will place balloons throughout the ship
to guide you to the Britannia....so FOLLOW THE BALLOONS! :)
