Since we have a new mailing list/group, I thought I'd start a new
questions thread.

Isn't it malgli to use {xu} in a request? i.e. "Will you give me this?"

I can't decide in this case whether to use "ko" or "xu" At first
blush, it seems ko is the better word, that Lojbanistan should
consider it normal to make requests as predications, and that you
treat like a false predicate relationship to say no.

Other thoughts?

I was under the impression that you used {ko} and soften it with either {e'o} informally or {pe'u} more precisely and directly.
