But it makes for tight quarters in the cabins.

Overflow into the dance cabin will not be an option this weekend, so we need make some alternate arrangements.

Since we are a pretty young crew, it makes the most sense to me to differentiate between the functions of sleeping and changing and maximizing the number of bunks available by making the Bear Camp cabins the sleeping facility for the under 18 group only. There still won't be enough beds, so you might want to bring a decent sleeping pad or cot.  

Nick, Bryce, Eli, Nathan and any other elder statesman I might be forgetting -- check in at the Great House and sign up for a bunk in one of the Over 18 cabins in staff village.  Make sure that as soon as you have your assignment, you put your gear in that cabin so squatters don't come in afterwards and take your places.  The last thing I want is for you to try to find an empty bed after midnight!

I've copied Senn on this email so he is aware we may need as much as one full cabin in staff village for C-team.

For the purposes of dressing/changing for ceremonies, we will still enforce the under/over split.  Please think ahead and have everything you need before you (or others) start to dress.  Remember to ask permission before entering either side!!!

Try to keep things neat and orderly, so we don't loose personal or team gear!
