LOD Data Quality Vocabulary

A proposed vocabulary to describe the "quality" of datasets inspired by the 15 metrics proposed by Glenn McDonald and Dave Reynolds in emails to public-lod (April 2011). LOQD is intended to be extensible, enabling each of the quality metrics to be tailored to the requirements of a particular domain.
