The Visual Stim Interface is used to generate TTL level event markers for visual stimulus presentation systems. Four light sensitive sensors are easily attached to the corners of a presentation monitor or split to attach to multiple monitors. By alternating the corners of the monitor between black and white squares underneath the sensor locations, different TTL level signals may be generated to identify both the specific visual stimulus that is on the screen as well as mark the onset and end of presentation. A black or dark area will be a 0 V level while a white or bright area will be a 5 V level. When a new stimulus is shown, the Cedrus Light Sensor detects a change and generates a TTL binary voltage signal (0 and 5 V). The signal is then transmitted via the StimTracker unit to the Tobii Pro Spectrum and the other biometric data collection system. The eye tracker receives the signal, creates an event, and packages it. The StimTracker event is time stamped as soon as the event is detected, independently of the eye tracker sampling rate. My formerly running MS-I v2.2 fuel only ecu is no longer powering up. I was wondering if there was anyone in either the Tampa or Orlando area that had a stim board I could connect it up to and see if the problem is with the unit itself or the wiring somewhere.
startMeasurement(xcpch) starts all configured data acquisition and stimulation lists on the specified XCP channel. When you start the measurement, configured DAQ lists begin acquiring data values from the server module and STIM lists begin transmitting data values to the server module.
