Hi,

I am getting grey dots (SNPS) in locus zoom plots. I was earlier switching between ref and alt alleles option, and it was working fine but now it's not working. My colleagues facing the same issue?

I am uploading chromosome summary stats from plink

Can someone suggest the solution?
