FAILED: No pdf generated. Files for record '1185340' might be in '/lz/tmp/lzplot.13941'

Dear Locuszoom Groups:

I have come across a problem. I extract two .txt file of chromosome 7 and chromosome 8 from a same gwas summary table. And the extacted two table were like this:

Chromosome 7 :

Chromosome 8:

after upload these two files in the website (http://locuszoom.org/genform.php?type=yourdata), I successfully generated the pdf of chromosom 7, its settings were like this:

but using the same settings (only changed the gene reference name into a gene in chromosome 8) I failed to generate the pdf, and it didn't tell me where the error is.

Please help me with this problem.
