Validation Error after specifying AF

Dear LocusZoom admin,

First off, here is how my input file is formatted:

CHR     POS     REF     ALT     AF      P
1       23197   TTAAAA  T       0.0072  0.4903
1       132991  G       A       0.0034  0.6189

I specify AF for Frequency, checking "ALT" as the effect allele.

However, when I do this, I get a validation error saying that my SNPs are not in numerical order (they are).

When I don't specify AF, I am able to successfully upload my data to LocusZoom.

I'm not sure what's going wrong. Could you please help?
