** SMHS – Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH)**

 

Position: P2 casual contract (leave cover)

Fremantle base (Fremantle Hospital, Alma Street)

 

Hi All,

 

RITH is putting out a call for expressions of interest (EOI) for upcoming leave cover, with the possibility of future leave covers.

 

Details below:

• Initial leave cover required for 3 weeks 19/1/26 – 6/2/26
• Part time, ideally 3 days per week (days are negotiable but would need to work for the caseload)
• Orientation days (1-2 days) can be made available the week of 12/1/26

 

RITH is a multidisciplinary, home visiting team, supporting patients within the community intensively post hospital discharge. Caseload range is diverse (eg: neurology, neurosurgery, head and neck cancer etc). Caseload numbers fluctuate and staff require good organisational and time management skills, flexibility and strong MDT working.
