ABC Speech Pathology is offering highly flexible subcontractor roles for speech pathologists who want professional autonomy.

This role is ideal if you're looking to:

We provide mobile speech pathology services to children aged 2–12 years, supporting families across the Swan Valley and surrounding suburbs. You’ll work independently, with complete control over your caseload, hours, and availability.

What we offer:

• $143.75 per standard session (based on $115/hr incl. super)

Example: 1hr mobile session = 50 min face-to-face, 10 min notes, 15 min travel

• No KPIs
• No minimum caseload
• Full autonomy over your schedule
• ( Limited availability ) Optional access to office space in Dayton

What you need:

• ABN
• SPAA membership
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening
• Driver’s licence + your own car
• Experience with children
• New graduates welcome to apply
