If you’re a mature, grounded clinician who values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful work without the pressure of high KPIs or back-to-back scheduling, this role was designed with you in mind.
Ally Speech Therapy is small mobile speech therapy practice supporting children across Perth (mainly SOR, but we also work NOR). We don’t believe in micromanagement, rushed sessions, or squeezing in “just one more” client. Instead, we believe in trust, balance, and doing great work in a way that supports your life — not consumes it.
Why you’ll love working with us:
Authentic flexibility: Start/finish when you like, structure your days your way.
No physical clinic: Work from home + in the community.
Low KPIs: Sustainable caseloads.
Minimal to no meetings: More time to think, plan, and live.
Support when you want it: Autonomy when you don’t.
A culture built on trust, maturity, and wellbeing
What the role looks like:
Mobile work across homes, schools, and community settings
Paediatric caseload (some adult clients can be arranged if desired)
Freedom to shape caseload around your strengths
Part-time or full-time options
Contractor or casual arrangements available
We’re looking for someone who is:
Comfortable working independently
Warm, organised, and reliable
A clear communicator with families
Registered or eligible for SPA (CPSP)
Holds a valid driver’s licence and has their own vehicle
If you want a role where you can enjoy your work and your life outside of it — we’d love to hear from you.
New grads and early-career clinicians are also welcome to apply; supervision and onboarding can be customised to support your learning needs.
Feel free to reach out even if you’re just exploring options
