How to run on OpenShift?

Hi,
Apache/2.2.15 (Red Hat) Server at trust-qtvali.rhcloud.com Port 80
a question is, how to create a project on openshift?
I did do:
"lcm create appname"
then I copied all files to OpenShift app root folder, and then
"npm install"
The result is not very much self-explanatory:
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/2.2.15 (Red Hat) Server at trust-qtvali.rhcloud.com Port 80
