Changing hello world port?

Rookie question here: I built the hello world examplen, and it runs fine. I edited server.js to run on port 8080, and re-ran lpc server, but it still listens on port 3000. Do I need to set it somehwere else or somehow rebuild? I tried running npm install again after making the change, but it had no effect.
