Just curious about the different ways people go about this.

I'm essentially on the honor system since my wife doesn't want to do key holding and all of that. So I wear my spiral stainless (have CB6000, Bon4m metal, CB2000 but usually wear the stainless) outside the house. To work, errands etc. that means I'm out each day after anywhere from 8 to 12 hours of continuous wear. There for cleaning and other issues are pretty much non-existent for me. As a grower I notice that even with my limited time in lockup I get puffy patches of edema on the penis which would require daily removal anyway. So this works well for us, of course I'm older so not as difficult to honor the no cumming without permission rule a sit might have been when I was 20-something.
