Dear Diane,

I hope you'll join us this Thursday, February 19th at 7:00pm for a webinar to explore what’s possible with Zone Zero landscapingand get inspired by innovative new design ideas.

Kristina Hill, Associate Professor of Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, and Environmental Planning at UC Berkeley, along with her graduate students, will showcase a range of creative and practical design concepts they recently developed for 3 specific homes in the Grizzly Peak Mitigation Area right here in the Berkeley Hills.

Register now to attend the Zone Zero landscaping webinar this Thursday night!

As many of us are beginning to update our yards and gardens to meet the Fire Department's new EMBER standards for wildfire safety, this webinar will be a great chance to get ideas for accomplishing Zone Zero in a beautiful way.

We will record the webinar for people who are unable to attend Thursday. But I invite you to join us live to hear directly from Professor Hill and her students and get your questions answered.

Thanks,

P.S. I’ve recently started a new Substack blog & newsletter to document my family’s path toward EMBER compliance. I hope you’ll follow along as we track our progress!
