Swap n' Shop  - North Shattuck - Earth Day Sidewalk Sale Saturday, April 18 | 11am - 4pm From Rose To Delaware  Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 18th, for a district-wide sidewalk sale and clothing swap. Celebrating Earth Day, the Swap n' Shop event centers eco-friendly values of upcycling and reducing waste, and you may find some amazing new second-hand treasures! There will be clothing, art supplies, tools, and other goodies to buy and swap. Come out and join the community on Earth Day! After you've swapped and shopped, join the after-party at Vintage Berkeley (2113 Vine St), where there will be wine, vinyl records, and good vibes all around. Lowe & Co. Jewelers The Filling Station (2112B Vine St) is accepting clothing donations starting April 11th through the morning of April 18th. The clothes must be clean and wearable - bonus if you bring them on hangers. They are also looking to borrow rolling racks to hang the clothing on during the swap. Please bring your own bags!  The Filling Station will be partnering with Vintage Berkeley for a vinyl sale and swap from 3-6pm, and they will be serving organically farmed wine - don't miss the fun! They are also looking for volunteers to help out at the swap. This outdoor gallery features thirty banners designed by thirteen East Bay-based artists.  The banners are newly displayed throughout North Berkeley, highlighting the incredible talent of the local artists and celebrating the cultural identity of the neighborhood. This project has been in the works for the last two years, and the North Shattuck Association and all the artists are thrilled that it has finally come to life, displayed for everyone to admire and enjoy.
