The Berkeley Neighborhoods Council, along with Build a Better Berkeley, Friends of Adeline, Healthy Black Families, and Save Berkeley Shops, is hosting "A People's Town Hall on Affordable Housing and Upzoning" on Feb 21, 2026 from 2-4 pm.
