Corridor Zoning

     There is a Planning Commission meeting next Wednesday, Feb. 4, at the North Berkeley Senior Center (Hearst & MLK) to discuss the highly controversial Corridor Zoning Plan which could allow buildings as high as 14-stories in the North Shattuck, Solano, and Elmwood shopping districts. 

      The meeting begins at 6:30 pm. with a staff presentation.  There will be ample time for public comment afterward. People who have thoughts and opinions on this matter are encouraged to speak up at this important meeting.                                                                                                                    Art Goldberg
