problems with 0.96 mobile client

couple of things that i noticed with the 0.96 version of the client
that caused me to un-install it:

- Battery life with Locatik installed was really bad (less than a
day, whereas befroe i was getting a couple of days)

- constant opening of data connections (i would guess caused by
AGPS), EVEN when roaming

- no visual indication that Locatik was running (all other
applications get an extra swirly circle thing if they are running)

Now at least the first point is supposed to be addessed in 0.97 (i
will probably try this next week some time)
