problems with second (and third and fourth) request to localtunnel-beta?

Some of my users have had problems- they install localtunnel, make a
successful request to it, then make a second request, which fails.
Has anyone seen this? It seems to happen across a few systems, perhaps
what's common is they are Linux/Ubuntu systems instead of OSX. But the
client tunnel is still running, so I haven't been able to easily
diagnose it.
