Info when localtunnel v2 was not working or will be not working

Hello

How can I check if localtunnel v2 should work properly at this momet (how can I make sure problem with run localdunnel is by my side and it is not service temporary unavailable)? 

For example localtunnel v2 worked very well even today. But from abot 3 pm when I try to run localtunnel-beta I got as result:

root@raspberrypi:/home/pi# localtunnel-beta 8000

^C  ERROR: Unexpected server reply.

         Make sure you have the latest version of the client.

root@raspberrypi:/home/pi#

I try tu run  localtunnel-beta then console is hang. So I have to break Ctrl+C. The I got:

So I'm not sure - are they some difficulties by localtunnel provider side or something get broken by my side. And how to repair it (because it was working well before).

How to diagnose what is not working well?

I also run localtunnel-beta and let it fork after a few minutes. Then I got the same:

root@raspberrypi:/home/pi# localtunnel-beta 80
