Possible to use this with virtual hosts?

I am able to run local tunnel just fine on my PC, but I use a virtual host (project_name.localhost) to test my main projects. These projects aren't located in a sub-folder of the main htdocs folder. These are usually located somewhere else, usually in another drive. Is it possible to tunnel to those virtual hosts?
