Chances are if you're convincing enough, they will end up being
excited too.
2. Make sure the ending stages of your sales letter or ad has a
powerful close to it. This may be a free trial, bonus, gift or
offering. Sometimes a deadline works well too.
3. Please your complaining customers. You can give them a temporary
credit, discount, free product or gift, or a full refund depending on
the circumstances in order to resolve the problem and keep a good name
for your company.
4. Focus on getting your potential customers excited about your
product & business and they will spread the word to their family and
friends. Sometimes offering a gift certificate or discount for a
referral works best..
5. Give your prospects with additional assurance so they will place an
order or buy your product. Make sure you are supportive and answer any
and all their questions leaving them ZERO doubt!. Testimonials,
warranty's, or even a guarantee works well.
6. Also build your opt-in email list by enabling your traffic to your
site, visitors, clients, potential clients to sign up for free emails,
magazines, books, or gift certificate drawings.
7. Provide your potential customers or visitors to your website with
some breathing room and don't be shy to go out of your way by creating
something different on your website so they can enjoy their time while
shopping or looking at your products & business. Key here is to be
different from your competition.
8. Provide your buying customers a product as soon as they place their
order online even if its a free magazine or newsletter. Make sure to
send them a follow up email thanking them on what a great purchase
they made. When shipping make sure you give them the option to
overnight the product or express ship it.
9. Construct and write online articles for blogs, publishers sites
like digg, e-zine, etc. Make sure these articles do not come off like
an aggressive sales letter or ad neither as this will turn away some
business that you might of been able to drive to your site or company.
10. Illustrate to your clients and potential customers that you are a
professional and skilled at what you do. Knowledge is key so remember
that. Writing books is a good way. Try to get third parties to cover
your product and or business as it looks good from an outside non-bias
point of view.
11. Last but not least word of mouth and advertising. Make sure to
tell people you meet about your product whether its at the local
grocery store or a gas station. Don't be afraid to let the world know
how great your product and business is. If your not as out going as
some people then maybe try advertising with google ad words or
facebook as these are cheap but yet effect ways of advertising online.
