v0.12 supports lkml podcast

The new LKML Podcast by Jon Masters is great, but under the hood,
there is some weirdness: There are no query parameters in the mp3
listings in the XML file, but when wget tries to retrieve the mp3 using
the URL, it gets redirected to another URL that *does* have query
parameters!

Those query parameters were hard to deal with in 0.11, and this
made it almost impossible, except that wget's "-c" option and its
"-O" option are compatible as you'd expect.

So now the LKML Podcast is supported by localcast.

I was informed that v0.12 wasn't working well with the FoxNewsRadio
podcast.

The patch attached here makes it work for me. Feedback welcome.

If it looks good, I'll put the change into v0.13 soon.

Bah. The other problem is that every episode has the same guid. I
guess they figure that's alright with perma-link set to false.

When I get a chance I'll look
up whether FNR is correct in using the same guid for non-identical
podcast episodes, but I don't think it's right.
