itunes can restart downloads after upgrade

Wow.

After upgrading itunes on Mac OS X 10.4, it seems to have the ability
to resume interrupted downloads at the point of interruption, without
having to download the first part of the file again.

This is going to put a dent in my motivation to fix the France Inter
compatibility issues.
