Inquiry about the LBT payment

Dear Sir,

Can someone confirm the liability in following case. 

My registered office is Thane which is under LBT. I have godown in Bhiwandi which is out of LBT. 

I receive my goods from the party in Bhiwandi and am giving delivery directly from Bhiwandi.

There is confusion that in such a case the dealer has to pay 0.5% for goods send outside to outside. Is this right ????

No liability Arise as goods have not come in LBT Area.
Just have to keep proper records to justify this Fact.

Can yu explain our Garment factory at Bhiwadi inword and outwords from Bhiwandi only. All our activities from Bhiwandi but register office in Thane .

We  need LBT registration in Thane or Kalyan and how it is calculate .
