what about composition scheme of 0.25% for builders or civil contractors

i just read some article about 0.25% composition scheme for builders for their construction site purchases and same scheme for civil contractors is it true please guide

Ya there is a composition scheme for builders.

But this is applicable only on new projects. Actually the LBT law and Rules are silent about applicability of this provision, whether the existing project can be covered or not. But the corporation in Thane and Bhiwandi (I came to know about these 2 corporation till now) has taken view that it shall be applicable only on new projects.
