I filled a LBT return in Thane for one of my client.
So, thought it would be nice to share the experience with all.
In thane, TMC has come out with a A3 size return in printed form, which has to be collected from the TMC office (After stating LBT number).
The return is same as given in LBT Rules. The return has to be filled manually only, there is no Electronic option this year.
I was the 4th person to submit LBT return in Thane.
Reply with what was your experience when you file Local Body Tax return.
FYI - The last date of filling Return is 30th April.
