Hello Dragos, Hello EUROAVIA!

I am the president of ISAE SPACE at Supaero, we are organizing a conference on the Rosetta spacecraft (ESA mission to orbit and land on a comet: a Worldwide first).

You and all members of Euroavia are welcome to this event! Don't hesitate to spread the word in your circles too! (attached is the poster presentation)

I understand it is on the same day as your own event but the times are not conflicting for real space fans :D (the conference will last an hour and a half)

Yup, in favour also. :) Also,  how many spots are left for the Observatory visit? It maybe worth stepping up the 'urgency' of signing by saying there are only 6 places left (or however many there are).

Jagoda, we have 6 places left, indeed. Should we make a fresh announcement on FB or through mailing list? Maybe it could be stated in the mail we forward, regarding Rosetta, that we only have 6 spots left for our Observatory visit (and maybe give the link to the inscription form on the website or just the link to the poster on FB).
