Dear AS,

According to the current bylaws points 1.2 and 6, each (Prospective) Affiliated Society has to pay the annual membership fee in order to be a member with full rights and obligations. Such fees are EUR 20 for each (Prospective) Affiliated Society and EUR 2 per full member of the Affiliated Society.

Not paying the membership fee will occur in applying the methods described in section 1.3 of the bylaws as stated below.

Affiliated Societies who do not comply with obligations mentioned in article 1.2, regulations, decisions of the Association or unreasonably disadvantage the Association can be nominated for disqualification by the General Meeting, a member or the International Board. In case of a presumed infraction the possible nomination for disqualification must be included in the agenda of the next Congress.

We can proceed in this way:

-          You have to send me the number of members you have (or send to the AS WG the membership DB)

-          I will send you the invoice of the membership fee, clearly stating the total amount of money to pay and the bank details of the International Board bank account. You must also sign the document (using the adobe pdf signature tool) and send it back to me. The deadline to make the payment effective is the 25^st of April.

For those AS who are not in the SEPA countries that have high transfer taxes can make the payment effective by giving the total exact amount of money directly to me during the next Electoral Meeting of the EUROAVIA Congress held in Stuttgart. Nevertheless, those AS are requested to notify me of that intention before the 15^th of April.
