promoting, things, priorities, time, space, universe

Hey everybody,

I would just like to make some things clear briefly - lately, it has become almost a regular practice that things need promotion (i.e. posters and visuals) on a one day to two days notice.
Rest assured that something like that is not very well appreciated, because it either indicates that:

1. The visual part of the promotion is not found to be important;

2. That other people's time is not respected.

Then there should be no visual part at all for the given event, which is fine by me.

You know how hectic it is to study at this place, so I don't have to elaborate how important it is to have a certain degree of planning, time margin. Therefore, please be considerate, and warn me in good time for all your events, for which you want/need to have a poster, promo picture, whatever.

Don't take this as a furious outburst, or anything of the sort, but rather as a friendly clarification of an issue that is clearly unclear.

i respect ur time and i apologise for the short notice (i know it has happened too often). i am fine with only a text. lets wait for the others to express their opinions......
