I just had a phone meeting with PR representatives from Capgemini and these are the major points discussed:
- We will publish job offers, etc. on Sponsors page
- The Capgemini logo would be on top of our webpage, next to ours, saying "Sponsored by" or something like that;
- Asked if we have statistics for our website - global and by page;
- Job offers will be sent by mail to our mailing list;
- T-shirts for EA Games - they want their logo there - I said the design is not final yet, but it's getting there - so they said they would try to provide us with the logo as soon as possible;
- Visibility during conferences - I told them we could announce that they are our new sponsor in the beginning, while presenting our association; I also told them there's a possibility of using their logo on the posters, as we've used them for the website (EUROAVIA sponsored by Capgemini), even though they would rather have someone present them shortly;
- They asked what conferences we have planned right now for the future and I told them I'm not very sure, but we have around 5 conferences a year (maybe more) and for the good ones we've got attendance of 300 people;
- Organising a workshop in their premises - to be discussed later;
- After they send us content for the website or newsletters, we should sent them previews before finalising the layout, so that they can sign off on them;
- Asked about how they would be represented in local and international newsletters - we said they would get a section saying that they're our sponsors, etc.
- Next week (around 5-6 Feb) they will finalise the discussions with Jaime and Jagoda, concerning exposure on conferences, organising workshops in Capgemini's facilities, etc.
- They wanted to know if we can see the stats on the website and if we can see the individual stats for each page - I said we can (even though I wouldn't be very proud showing them around - we have a peak at 412 people in one day, though);
- They would send us the description of Capgemini and the logo in a lot of formats within a week, to put them up on the website;
P.S.: In the attachment you'll find our website stats from the last 30 days - I was amazed at how many different countries people were accessing us from! Wow!
