Champaign County Local Food Policy Council--how to apply

Hello everyone,

After the CB meeting when the resolution was passed, a fellow CB member pointed made this challenge--that there will be no farmers interested in this council. Turning this challenge into an opportunity, I am writing to encourage all who are interested in local foods to submit an application for appointment to the council. The opportunities for what the council can accomplish will be limited only by the imaginations of those appointed.
