Is there a problem with web access for Wantree clients. I know there was
some changes made today which caused some problems but these were
supposedly fixed however the problems still seem to exist.

Have called about 1/2 hour ago support but have not received a return
phone call as yet and we need access to download some files.

Someone from our other office rang them earlier with the same problem and
they were told it was a computer problem and to reinstall SP4 but the
fact that this is happening all of a sudden from 2 different offices each
using 2 separate accounts and modems seems to disocunt this theory.

Have tried both Netscape and IE, from two different offices through
Wingate each of which functioned perfectly well before. So I very much
doubt the problem is computer related. Have also tried from Win 95 and
Win NT Workstation PCs but get the same result.

Proxy is currently set to proxy.per.wantree.com.au:80

Have tried to connect directly without the proxy but this still does not
help.

Anyone??

Thanks in advance

I can't connect to anything outside WA at the moment. The web grinded
to a halt and now I can't connect to anything other than Wantree.

The status page says there is nothing wrong, but then there's a broken
graphic at the top of the page, so I wouldn't take any notice of that.

Hey,

Same here, absolutely...
I assumed it was my temperamental gateway.
Since the mid afternoon yesterday to now, we've had very limited web
access...

*sigh*

It used to be so good!

I think the word you're looking for is "ground".

Good god! Did I really type 'grinded'? I was more brain dead than I
thought.

I was also extremely pissed off and that doesn't help the spelling and
grammar.
