Opening band for the 2000 games.

Well I not sure about everyone else, but I have had enough of the bloody yanks crying on TV about
maybe missing out on the 2000 games with there marching bands. If you missed the Ten evening news on
about 11:00pm, there was a High School in the US who where told they will be going but now they have
been told maybe not.

I believe that this is our games, and as host and we alone should be giving our young Australians a
chance in a life time and allowing them to be part of these games. Not the 1/4 but all of it.

I got nothing against yanks or the Japanese, but come on fair go this is our country and we should
be doing what we can, not asking other countries to be host. The yanks would not like to see other
countries at the games the could be hosting.

I for one will not be watching the opening if Australians can not be given a go.

talents on The Panel tonight.

I personally don't care who does it.
