I have a customer who can't get connected on Windows NT. He is not on a
LAN at his office. He has a Zoom v34plus 33.6 modem. Is there something
unique about Windows NT that I'm missing?

Thanks,
Gail

Be sure security in DUN/RAS is set to allow any authentication, incuding
clear text.

If you were a bit more specific on the problem, we could probably help you
out better.
