Dear Members,

1st March is the last date for filing Franchise Tax Returns for INCs incorporated in Delaware State.

There will be a Minimum Franchise Tax of USD 450 to be paid.

If you fail to file the Franchise Tax Returns on or before 1st March, then there is a late fee/penalty of USD 200 + 1.5% Interest.

Please note the above notification is only for INCs

For LLCs incorporated in Delaware,
Franchise Tax Return is to be filed by 1st June. and Minimum Franchise Tax is USD 300.
