Community Transformation Foundation Network (COTFONE) is an indigenous, non-profit network of grassroots membership network of community actors (state and non-state) working together to address the pressing needs of vulnerable and marginalized people for healthy and self-reliant communities in Greater Masaka. The COTFONE Strategy for 2020-2024 addresses seven important development issues: access to basic social services; youth unemployment; oil and gas management;  human rights protection; child protection and land/property ownership. The strategy targets vulnerable individuals in Greater Masaka sub-region; and    implemented by the 84 member organisations of COTFONE.
