Hi Everyone, 

Happy New Year to you all!  

We have a few announcement to make before we kick-off the discussion on February 6th.  

Schedule Changes

Looking back at the past 6 months, LSF started strong with good conversation.  Moving forward, we would like to open up the forum for a greater variety of voices.  Here are a couple of changes we've made to accomplish that goal:  

1.  Bi-weekly posting schedule as opposed to weekly

2.  Removed the topic pattern (i.e. local/global org, funder, discussion) from the posting schedule to offer greater flexibility.  

Do you have any other suggestions?

Speaking of posts, the following dates are open for anyone who would like to sign-up on the Google Docs schedule:

Logo

We are still accepting LSF logo ideas for members to post on their website/blog (optional, of course) until February 13th.  If you have a logo design, please it to me between now and the 13th.  We have received two so far from a friend of an LSF member and a local design student in Rwanda.  Thank you to both!  Keep an eye out for an update and option to vote for your favorite in mid-February.
