A "mental health : welfare check" visit from San
Diego County Sheriff's Department / San Marcos Branch
The DESIRED and PLEADED FINAL PRODUCT RESULT
& PURPOSE of sending that subject titled email is to
establish and maintain ANVO [Accept No Verbal Orders] within ALL ASPECTS of the
HIV SUPPORTIVE CARE NETWORK that is NOW DIRECTLY and NOW PERSONALLY interfaced
to the supportive care and wellness welfare of the human life of a PWA
Human named "James Martin Driskill DOB: 9-1-1965" that is now living in the
residential jurisdiction of the San Marcos Area under their LEGAL
REQUIREMENT to "PROTECT & SERVE".
These are LIFE, WELFARE, and LIFE WELLNESS issues I
am once again labeling as such and attempting a platform address.
Within this very EXPANSIVE CONTENT that I
"bulk issued" compiled and composed to Sheriff Deputy George Sifuentes of the
San Diego County Sheriff's office, San Marcos Branch was his commitment and a
promise to fulfill my human request --- man to man --- man to
enforcer to read about my case.
In that time-slice of that request also
encapsulated what is a human action once again on my hands and
knees begging and pleading for "AN UNDERSTANDING" to all of these
bulk issues and the cataclysmic cascading downward of life wellness if all
things considered DO NOT IMMEDIATELY FIND RESOLVE and
CORRECTION!
A part was my WALK PROMISE that was issued
many times and in many ways.....
That promise was to actualize a human walk --- step
by step --- from Oakland [Directly at the steps of Allen Temple Manor] outward
along International Blvd to connect the long and well established
historical usage trail of the "EL CAMINO REAL". The direction of
my travel is south for just a little over 500 miles to the final
destination of San Bernardino.... the place where my family would have to house
me in my crisis need of being homeless.
That would be in the same house that did not burn
down on the morning of November 25th 1980 at approx. 4am when the winds were at
above hurricane strength at about 90+ mph when "LITTLE MOUNTAIN" was now on fire
from what is massively recorded as one of the TOPMOST fires in US HISTORICAL
HISTORY.
That fire was "THE PANORAMA FIRE" of San Bernardino
1980. That fire did burn my grandmother's house down on the corner of
Northpark and North H. Street.

It was 25 years to the day on November 24 2005
[Thanksgiving Day] that impacted my memory and thoughts of thankful
considerations that year. I attempted to find someone in community to
listen to my "What I am Thankful for Story" back then.... NO ONE CARED to take a

addressed [does not deserve respect] on 7-22-07 by the attached email
content subject titled:
FAT MARCH ON ABC TV : A Walk Promise about an ILLEGAL EVICTION SITUATION
still in waiting....
I have decided to calendar schedule this walk for Mayday
[Beltane] of 2008 to link and encapsulate previous human action efforts [Mayday
2005] that so far have been SILENCED, OPPRESSED into irrelevance by the
remittance, initiation and issuance of an illegal eviction case
[WG06266106] in April 2006.
MY RIGHTS OF DUE PROCESS INTENTLY AND VIGOROUSLY
VIOLATED THROUGHOUT THIS CASE AND I CAN PROVE IT!
OUTCASTED AS A COMMUNITY PARIAH INTO THE STREETS OF HOMELESS
