The reality bearing down on this human here in my absolve over these matters of having a "forced direction" reliance solely and explicitly as "self-supportive only" in actions and resources outside of the non-address of supportive services and conversely being targeted in persecution actions. 
 
Once again my HIV status becomes UNDETECTABLE in December 2005 after it spiked by a short 40+ day consequence of being placed homeless into the care of East Oakland Community Project's homeless shelter in August/Sept 2002.
 
 
 
Keeping very important considerations to the timing of events in my life, this history shows the cause and effect and then the direct "self-support only" affluence onto the health status of this human as a person living with AIDS.  
 
It is only when  I realize the magnitude of forces against me --- and drop the fear --- hold heart and faith into courage -- and create path of actionable motivation.

In September 2002, I had the unfortunate event of having to live in a homeless shelter here in Oakland. That shelter houses about 100 residence.

I was there only 40 days which includes the 1st and the 11th of September 2002.

Also keep in mind that I did not access to my computer... My computer was not with me but was in a trusted best friends care.

If you can vision this "disconnect" is a major element of view from my story so far.

Apparently many passing in through the shelter residence experience had needed to store their computers on site. There was somehow agreed to be locked up in a storage room. No one was currently there claiming any of what was in that storage room.

I was given sole access at the time to try to make something work for me and thus for everyone else there. I did not know when I would be leaving.

I also knew what jeopardy I was in of losing my data. For circumstances and things happen.

Some there had been there for more than 14 months.... believe it!

On September 11th 2002, We had a candlelight memorial that evening of all of us homeless there. That is an unheard of situation by any practical means from a shelter living experience. Remarkable event to observe that year.

But personally for me --- I connected to what I have on file of Mark and Paul that I knew where somehow on my hard drive.

And my personal prayers when out to both them and of me and all of the energies surrounding this day.

I am almost into tears as I write this here.

I said a special message to the entire group which I cannot even recall to quote. It was relating to the facts of being "disconnected from life". That message just flowed right through me more like I was dreaming. I think most of us can relate to what this is.

I have not had that kind of experience for a while. But I know what emotions and thoughts about being disconnected. I was disconnected from my life and Mark and Paul were disconnected from theirs. And my only connection was a visualization of bits and bytes somewhere... you know.

It is apparent to me that Ms Aspatcher and Ms Speyer [ as persons of  HIV case managerial capabilities ] have been either reprimanded into termination or have departed on their freewill to escape from having to explain their formulated actions in the encapsulated factors interactive regionally with my case. 
 
My last contact with Ms Aspatcher was in December 2005 at EOCP face to face, I would say a desperate attempt to rely on a "contact network"of my past case manager.  That case that in a public city council meeting manner of speaking, is a "EOCP success story". 
 
The warning letter I received above is why I initiated a direct face to face contact with Ms Aspatcher.  I wanted her apprise to me of inter-relating matters in these issues --- These above images were created in this same time period in relevance to tracking the evidence in this case.  This is one single example of many such tracking actions working in these matters.

It well needed to be said here that I have never been exposed to this term and ideal until I have been humanly abandoned by the all factors in my case from the LOCAL HIV COMMUNITY OAKLAND CA that results to my being placed into the streets into death.
 
This is now a part of my human care needs of mental heath that I have thrusted into my reach of provider services.
 
The thrust here is due to the lack of trust and the betrayal of persecution that I have definitely perceived working against me for a long period of time now.
 
Shit in the face of an human with an IQ of 122 is a wondrous smell. Continuously receiving these shit pies in my face is smothering and murderous, Ms Jackson.
 
At some point of time Ms Jackson, a human knowing right from wrong just gets tired of the continuos bullshit being thrown into their face that is smothering them, their life, the intelligence, and their dignity.
 
The human life survival instinct from the causation of these encapsulated fears and reality factors have been set into motion here and the history of it placed into reference.  It is absolutely a matter of involving facts.
Whatever-time it was that my purity of human heart stands out in REALITY to the self-realization of these things happening to me makes my humanity work [ just as pure as yours ] to the calling of "Define your world".

I declare that ALL of the representations that Mr. Graham has said and represented and that plaintiff has filed in court against me is completely false.  I am a lay person writing my declaration of truth here to the court in pro per without the direct aid assistance an attorney.  I have prepared my evidence and have CLAIMED IN ALL PARTS OF MY CASE THAT THE plaintiff's representations are FALSE and was not able to present any evidence at my first court date on May 19th 2006 in which I appeared.  My case with into standby for the next week's court calendar.  I did not appear May 26th 2006 due to a process in which I don't completely understand.  LET THE RECORD SHOW THAT I NEED MY DAY IN COURT.  I have told all legal aid representations in this process that I have a witness willing to come forward to testify to direct conversation statements from Mr. Graham and my witness of retaliation against me. My witness personally knows Mr. Graham throughout his entire administration post and can also state statements that Mr. Graham has a history of similar behavior onto prior residence including lying to tenant's behavior in his administration position and HIV SUPPORTIVE CARE at Allen Temple Manor.  Let the record show, by a process of a google search [ 1st USA HIV Supportive housing oakland ] that on the Mayor's schedule of Allen Temple Manor's grand opening that is noted for the public.  Their supportive care is failing directly and I have even filed a discrimination case of HUD in attention to defense my self against these false accusation.

The best way to describe the events that have transpired so far in court and filing of court matters is a rush to judgement against me the defendant in this case.  I believe that if I am given an opportunity to have a jury trial, I will be able to show in court that I am not the problem and it is the administrator Mr. Graham that is the problem.  As I have mentioned previously all of Mr. Graham's accusations are either lies or taken completely out of context. [ omission for brevity ] In fact, that is what I have been attempting to show plaintiff's counsel though my e-mail. 

Perhaps you will see the need to bring some understanding into the public agenda of discourse.

 
The facts over fiction is apparent.
The perceptions of evil being received by me are no longer just an illusion or some delusions of a person living with HIV/AIDS disease.
These are not just mere coincidence or accidental mistakes of human error or incompetence either.
 
However, I am an suffering from being continuously targeted here --- in "mental abuse" from the betrayal of persecution that even continues into Jan 2007.
 
As matters of principle player faults:
 
I have definitely targeted the direct inter-workings that encapsulated my inability's and continued DISABILITIES to reach out of the MOLDING MUCK.
 
In my local address in Oakland, I have made a course of action in this case that targets certain fault factors in HIV supportive care services.
  • Ms Speyer as my long time established HIV supportive case management at "The Center for Aids Services, Oakland CA" which is a  labeling name of "community association" which this target identity no longer is named.  It is known as "Vital Life Services" thus stripping the concept of community support labeling identity.
  • Mr. Graham as the administrator of HIV supportive care housing as well as having the direct "personal history" between myself of HIV CASE MANAGEMENT at Aids Project East Bay.
And I now ask of you --- where is the public discourse to why am I once again homeless?

The deceptive, false, and perjured statements filed in court from the plaintiff's side are 100% completely untrue.

Even more to the point, plaintiff's attorney knew that the defendant had mentioned face to face on the court date of May 19th 2006 of the reason of "legal civil necessity" was going to be argued by him. That the defendant specifically stated to plaintiff's attorney that he would not / would have never have acted at the state of criminal legal necessity in this case.

Therefore the plaintiff's attorney should be held directly liable for these perjured statements ---being fully known and fully aware that the statements being filed to the court were false.

And all I am demanding at this point is actionable community level address for an apology to be remanded down into the public view before the expiration date of February 1st 2007. After that --- I will be seeking civil justice and criminal investigations for the actions of all involved parties. 

By your involvement or lack of involvement Ms Jackson in these matters will seal your allegiance to which side of humanity you are actually engaged to be working for.

UNAIDS, the Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS, estimated that in 2004 there were more than 40 million people around the world living with HIV, the Human Immunodeficiency Virus. The virus has affected the lives of men, women and children all over the world. Currently, there is no cure in sight, only treatment with a variety of drugs.

Prof. Arthur J. Olson's laboratory at The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI) is studying computational ways to design new anti-HIV drugs based on molecular structure. It has been demonstrated repeatedly that the function of a molecule — a substance made up of many atoms — is related to its three-dimensional shape. Olson's target is HIV protease ("pro-tee-ace"), a key molecular machine of the virus that when blocked stops the virus from maturing. These blockers, known as "protease inhibitors", are thus a way of avoiding the onset of AIDS and prolonging life.

Even more challenging, HIV is a "sloppy copier," so it is constantly evolving new variants, some of which are resistant to current drugs. It is therefore vital that scientists continue their search for new and better drugs to combat this moving target. [View More]
