It looks like it is part of the cities. Is the city not maintaining it
anymore?
Also, since we're on the topic. What are other historical societies
doing for webspace? Do your cities let you have access? Is it
reliable? How much control/help do you get? Currently Richfield
Historical Society hosts outside of the City of Richfield and uses a
low cost but high featured web hosting servce. The service is a bit
dodgy at times and can go out for 3 days at a time, but you can't beat
the price $120 for two years.
