Looking for Fresh Local Eggs

Hello All,

I just stopped in to the New Chelsea Market to get some bread. The
owners are dedicated to local food as much as possible - with an
impressive 300+ Michigan products in their store. They are currently
in need of additional eggs. They believe they need about 30-40 dozen a
week to meet current demand and the farmers they're working with can
not supply that many. Because of their local focus - an an admitted
inability to unionize hens and standardize their output - they are OK
with working with several small farmers to meet their customers
needs.
