Clean_Power_Healthy_Communities_II_Front_PageThe Local Clean Energy Alliance is proud to announce the Second Annual Clean Power, Healthy Communities Conference as the region’s premier cross-sectoral gathering of energy thought leaders and advocates from community organizations, local government, and sustainable business. This conference will broaden and unify the movement for energy reduction and local clean power in the Bay Area.

Clean Power, Healthy Communities
Friday, March 18, 2011: 8:30am - 4:30pm


Community activists throughout the Bay Area are calling for local clean energy  solutions to climate change, focusing on building healthier, more resilient communities and creating green jobs. The Bay Area’s clean energy economy can play a powerful role in creating jobs and improving public health. This conference will foster interchange among initiatives and campaigns, with an eye to greater coordination throughout the Bay Area.

Registration is $75
Includes Happy Hour registration, continental breakfast, lunch, and conference materials provided.
