Segmentation fault for lobSTR allelotype in train mode

Hi, 

I am running a lobSTR allelotype in a train mode on number of input BAM files processed in a same way, file sizes are from 1 to 5GB. 

I am getting an error: Segmentation fault for input BAM files greater of ~ 5GB. 

Is there something I could set to overcome this issue?

Please try using HipSTR instead: https://github.com/tfwillems/HipSTR

lobSTR is no longer being maintained.
